2. Signing up is ridiculously easy
The way the challenge works is that it syncs to whatever fitness app or device you already use. Love your Nike Running app or the sleek new Fitbit? Easy. Sync it when you sign up to the challenge and everytime you do exercise, it’ll get logged and counted.
3. You can represent
When you log in, you’ll be asked to pick a State. It could be your home State, where you live now or maybe the State you wished you lived in, either way once you pick it you can’t change it so choose wisely. Then every time you workout, your workout score will be added to the overall State tally. Basically, the States are being pitted against each other to find out is the fittest of them all. And it’s kinda addictive.
4. It’s just what you need
It’s already March, your NYE resolutions have been forgotten and the end of summer is nearly upon us. What you need is a little motivation to amp up your fitness. Weekly challenges are a great way of forcing you to get up and outside to pound the pavement. Join with a couple of friends and do it together. It’ll make you feel doubly good when you beat them.
